We are looking for an outgoing, dedicated, responsible, and fast learning full time office admin assistant.
We are a small family owned and opperated property maintenance company that is growing rapidly and we are looking to add to our team.
Bilingual is preferred but not required.
Must have excellent communication skills, be capable of multi-tasking, and having a great attitude.
Job duties include:
-Making work orders
-Scheduling
-Data entry
-Filing
-Emailing documents
-Answering calls/ Make outgoing calls
-Making sure the office/bathroom is clean and tidy
-Any other duties assigned by offsite office manager/ management
Office hours are Monday-Friday 8-5 with a 1 hour lunch
Saturday/ Sunday off
Must have reliable transportation and be responsible
