SteamDot Coffee Roasters - Hiring Baristas!

We are looking to hire individuals motivated to learn craft specialty coffee and hospitality in a high-end cafe environment. Paid training is provided and prior experience is appreciated but not required. We are hiring for both part-time and full-time positions. Weekend availability is a plus.

We are motivated by our mission to Source. Roast. and Present the finest coffees possible. Baristas play a crucial role in presenting our coffees to our guests.

Training Includes:

- Sensory Analysis

- Latte art

- Milk texturing

- Traditional espresso-based drink preparation (cortado, cappuccino, macchiato)

- Bar flow

- How to prepare coffee on multiple brewing methods (Pour-overs, Siphons, French Press)
