Position Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages with expertise and care.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including work stations and seating areas.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.
- Engage with customers to share knowledge about our products and promote new offerings.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Flexibility in schedule is essential; candidates must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, including weekends.
- A friendly demeanor and a genuine passion for making connections with customers.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- A commitment to providing top-notch service and a desire to create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.
