Accounting Assistant/Office Admin
- Utilize accounting software (Quickbooks online) to input and record financial data
- Print checks, mail & file checks.
- Reconcile vendor statements.
- Collect payments from customers and accurately record them in the system.
- Support balance sheet reconciliation
- Assist with bank reconciliation tasks
- Provide general administrative support to the accounting team
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
