Job Description:

Koehler Kraft Company is seeking a detailed oriented & reliable individual to work alongside our skilled team as a Facilities Janitor & Boat Detailer. This entry-level position will require daily cleaning of our boatyard facilities both in and outdoors. This position will also be responsible for deep cleaning & detailing of boats of all types.

You will be working directly with the team to perform tasks such as:

-Daily cleaning, deep cleaning & organizing of our outdoor boatyard (Sweeping debris, organizing tools, trash removal etc.)

-Daily cleaning, deep cleaning & organizing of our indoor boat shed, including kitchen area (sweeping, mopping, dusting, organizing, trash removal etc.)

-Indoor office cleaning, office restroom cleaning (2 half baths) & marina bathroom cleaning (2 full baths)

-Deep cleaning & detailing of boats below & on deck (Deck brushing, wiping, polishing, dusting etc.)

-Occasional completion of laundry using washing machine & dryer

-Occasional cat litter box cleaning

-Maintaining inventory & organization of all cleaning products

Job Requirements:

-Previous experience cleaning, deep cleaning, janitorial tasks etc.

-Ability to do physical labor & potentially strenuous physical tasks

-Ability to safely climb ladders and step-stools; Ability to safely climb in & out of boats

-Attention to detail

-Familiarity with boats is a plus!

$22 - $35 Dependent on Experience
