Full time Kitchen prep Monday thru Saturday two days off weekly. hours are from 5:00am-1:30pm Approximately. Knowledge in food service safety standards. Follow recipes accurately, understanding weights and measurements. familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment and operating wrapping and cupping machines.
