Billing and Payment Collections Specialist

We are seeking an individual with prior experience in dealing directly with clients payment

collections and accounts receivables via phone to handle the billing collection department.

Requirements:

● Previous experience in dealing directly with clients regarding payment collections and

accounts receivables

● Proficient in professional communication via phone and email for collecting client

balances

● Confident and articulate communicator

● Experience in providing customer service over the phone

● Organized and detail-oriented

● QuickBooks experience is a plus

This is a full-time, in-office position in New York, offering $16 per hour.
