Barback - Bar Works Catering Part-time/Full-time

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Barback to join our team. As a Barback, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the bar during events. You will support the bartenders by stocking supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with customer service to ensure that every guest has a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist bartenders with setting up and breaking down the bar area before and after events.

- Stock and replenish bar inventory, including glassware, liquor, mixers, and garnishes.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout the event.

- Collect used glassware.

- Help with other duties as needed to support the overall success of the event.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Barback or in a similar role is preferred.

- Strong work ethic with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on the event schedule.

- A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent service to guests.
