Description We're seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to play a crucial role in our team, developing and optimizing our digital marketing strategy across all digital channels. This role is responsible for planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, and social media. As well as monitoring our social media presence, overseeing budget allocation, and analyzing the performance of our digital marketing efforts. Additionally, this role provides oversight and development to the members of the digital marketing team. Base salary is 150K+ with significant bonus potential.Responsibilities:
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure digital marketing practices adhere to regulatory guidelines.
Measure ROI and KPIs, report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
Identify trends and insights; optimize spend and performance based on these insights.
Innovate new and beneficial growth strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize user experience.
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
Evaluate emerging technologies, providing thought leadership when appropriate.
Contribute to projects aiming to advance the strategic objectives of the Marketing and Client Services team.
Communicate the impact of digital marketing initiatives on business growth and client retention.
Requirements Must have over 7 years of experience in Digital Marketing or a related field
Proficiency in Content Management System (CMS) is required Must possess CRM skills Experience with Database management is necessary Familiarity with Facebook Insights is a plus Expertise in Google Ad and other Advertisements platforms is essential Must have experience in Analytics Blogging skills are desirable Brand Awareness and Campaign Planning experience is required Familiarity with the Asset Management Industry is a plus Must be proficient in Email Marketing and Social Media management Experience with Display Advertising is necessary Knowledge of AB Testing is desirable Must be skilled in using Google Analytics, Adobe Omniture, and Webtrends Proficiency in Webtrends Analytics and Google AdWords is required Must have a high level of professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment Must be legally eligible to work in the applicable country without sponsorship.
