Handyman/Maintenance Job

Real Estate company looking to fill handyman/maintenance job position. Job entails completing maintenance requests by tenants, Turnovers, and rehab of upcoming properties. Applicant must have own transportation and own tools. Must be reliable and competent in maintenance issues. Pay is hourly and service call based.
