Part time Paid Intern / Interior Design

We are a scaled-down interior design business in need of a part time assistant:

Excellent communication and listening skills

Organize and maintain sample library

Organize client files both digital and hard copy

Organization in general is very important

Strong computer skills (CAD and Design Manager a plus)

Attend and take notes at client meetings, sending follow-up emails to clients/architects/builders

Great self-starter

Keen interest in interior design

The software we use for proposals, tracking and billing is Design Manager. If your computers skills are strong, this software will be user friendly.
