Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Support Project Manager/Lead located in Orlando, Florida. This role falls within the tech industry, focusing on cloud technologies and content management systems. The successful candidate will be a key player in our team, managing support projects, overseeing database operations, and working with EO/IR systems and Microsoft software.Responsibilities: Lead support projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards Manage and optimize database operations, ensuring data integrity and availability Leverage Cloud Technologies to enhance project performance and efficiency Utilize Content Management Systems (CMS) to manage digital content effectively Operate EO/IR systems, contributing to the development of enhanced tech solutions Apply Microsoft software skills to improve project outcomes Implement Agile Scrum methodologies to optimize project workflows Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to best practices Facilitate change management initiatives to improve organizational efficiency Execute coding tasks, contributing to software development efforts Utilize SD-WAN technologies to improve network architecture and performance. Requirements Proficiency in Cloud Technologies is essential Extensive experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) Strong understanding of database management and operations Experience with EO/IR systems is highly desirable Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies Proven experience in auditing Knowledge of best practices in project management Experience in Change Management Basic coding skills would be beneficial Knowledge of SD-WAN is a plus.
