Customer Service Representative

If you have a knack for building solid relationships with customers and enjoy problem solving, this position will be a perfect fit for you.Key Responsibilities:
Manage high volume of customer calls in a professional and patient manner
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and efficiently
Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
Collaborate with the team to drive sales and meet company goals
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Requirements
Previous experience in a customer service role
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in relevant computer applications, such as CRM tools
Ability to handle stressful situations in a professional manner
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
