Description We are searching for a Client Services Coordinator to join our team in Seattle, Washington. The role involves prioritizing and managing multiple tasks at once, tracking action items, reviewing material for spelling, content coordination for proposals, as well as administrative items like expenses and managing travel arrangements. The job offers a long-term contract employment opportunity and will require the individual to familiarize themselves with the business and local marketplace.Responsibilities: Oversee team transactions, tracking important dates, and updating clients and colleagues regularly. Maintain company databases to monitor prospects and business opportunities. Collaborate with the Marketing team to create/format proposals and presentations. Attend local business and industry events for networking and to gain knowledge about the local marketplace. Handle the processing of executed lease/amendment paperwork, and collect pertinent documentation. Schedule tenant tours and create market surveys. Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, for various tasks. Use CRM and Database skills to manage customer interactions and information. Assist with campaign planning and budget processes to ensure effective marketing strategies. Support the creation and maintenance of advertisements and blogs to enhance brand awareness.Requirements Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign is required Experience with CRM and database management is essential Strong knowledge and understanding of advertising strategies and methods Proven experience with blogging and creating content for online platforms Ability to develop and implement strategies for brand awareness Familiarity with budget processes and financial planning for marketing activities Experience in campaign planning and execution is necessary Ability to work effectively in a team and independently Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
