Your Responsibilities is lead and develop a high-performing team of Customer Support Specialists and field engineers, ensuring exceptional service and precise appointment scheduling. Foster a positive team culture, drive performance improvements, and implement effective reporting systems while maintaining a strong understanding of values and customer experience.

REQUIREMENTS :

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

- Good customer service and team Lead skills

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Management skills

- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
