Parts Coordinator

The parts coordinator is responsible for all parts purchases/orders. They assist estimators/technicians with acquiring parts associated with repair orders. They are responsible for organizing and distributing all parts received. They initiate returns and acquire credits for damaged or unneeded parts. They clean vehicles before repairs and after for customer delivery. This position also assists with scheduling, check ins, customer service, and overall shop organization.

Must have a valid driver's license
High school diploma preferred
Physical requirements: lift & carry heavy objects (up to 50lbs), standing, sitting, walking
