Janitorial/Maintenance Supervisor Full-time - Hawaii Kai, OAHU

We have a full-time janitorial/maintenance supervisor opening. This position will be supervising cleaning and performing maintenance for a retail shopping center in Hawaii Kai, Oahu.

Requirements:

- Experience with light plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting.

- Create reports, send emails and communicate with customers/property managers.

- Schedule workers, organize coverage as needed.

- Collect, approve and submit timecards weekly to payroll department.

- Supervisory experience is preferred.

- Hands-on attitude towards the work involved.

Schedule:

- Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs/Fri, 5a - 2:30p.

- 40 hours a week (coverage as needed).

Pay:

- $30/hr. Benefits including vacation, holidays, 401k.
