LVN Needed for Home Health That's Willing to Do Extra.

My primary caregiver had a stroke and my elderly grandparents are taking care of me at the moment, but we're looking for an LVN for the weekend day/night and nights during the week. We are looking for a permanent position because it is greatly needed.

I'm 28 years old and have Spinal Muscular Atrophy, Type I. I'm ambulatory and ventilator dependent, but I'm neuro-typical and very aware of my care. I also love to talk, so I need someone who's a good conversationalist. I am a published author and graduated with honors, obtaining a BA in English Literature. Someone around my age that I could relate to would be the best Preferably somebody that's willing to learn and not going to be afraid of the ventilator.

(Extra but not a requirement obviously): I don't get out of the house much because of my disability, so I don't get to be before that often. Being that the situation is such, I'm unable to experience a lot of the joys of life, including physical intimacy. It's a lot to ask, but I would appreciate someone who wouldn't mind taking care of my sexual needs, as well as my health needs. Again, this isn't a requirement, just thought I would ask.
