Key Responsibilities:

Assist with service and maintenance tasks, including repairs and installations related to construction projects.

Learn to operate and maintain tools and equipment safely and effectively.

Support Project Managers in diagnosing issues and performing repairs.

Follow company safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe work environment.

Communicate effectively with team members and clients to clearly understand service requirements.

Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of construction and maintenance practices.

The ability to repair Drywall and Paint is required.

Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills.

Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols.

Reliable, punctual, and with a strong work ethic.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
