Pool Service Technician
Very well-established family owned Pool Service Maintenance and Repair Company seeks a mature and Professional Residential Pool Service Technician to join our team. At Luna Pool Services we are committed to serving the East side of Tucson with honesty, integrity, and dedication and will only hire those who can adhere to these high standards. It would be ideal for the candidate to live on the East side of town and during the initial training period, the candidate should have transportation to and from the office.
WORK RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintaining proper water chemistry.
- Adding weekly chemicals as needed - TAKE IT OFF
- Emptying of all baskets. EVERY VISIT
- Skimming of surface debris and vacuuming the bottom of the Pool/Spa. WE VACUUM EVERY VISIT
- Brushing of walls, steps and swim outs.
- Backwashing filters as necessary, according to set standards
- Check pool equipment for any visible leaks.
- Basic Knowledge and Capability of Programming Pool Equipment. (automation, pumps, etc.)
- Communicate any issues with your supervisor and record as necessary.
- Track all provided equipment and supplies.
- Routes will have around 20 pools per day, with little drive time.
- Company vehicle for work-related tasks only. NO PERSONAL USE
- Non-smoking individuals only
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Three to five years of VERIFIABLE EXPERIENCE at a pool service company.
- Familiarity with equipment maintenance.
-Ability to handle physical workload. Must be able to lift 50lbs.
- Dependability and trustworthiness.
- Clean appearance and professional attitude.
- Applicants must have a valid driver's license
- Drug testing and / or background check may be done at the owner's discretion
COMPENSATION:
- This position is paid weekly through direct deposit.
- We offer MONTHLY performance-based bonuses
- Paid vacation
- $500 sign on bonus after 90 days of full-time employment (Full Time Only)
- We provide a company work vehicle, uniforms and gas card. (Company Use Only)
