CAM - Licensed, Entry Level

Entry level licensed Community Association Manager (CAM) position. Closed on all federal holidays, phone and gas allowance package, entitled to vacation after six months.

Working with admin support and experienced managers. Responsible for managing the business operations of condominium, cooperative, or homeowner associations.

Hybrid schedule available after training period.

Responsibilities include:

Coordinating property maintenance, financial management of association resources, administering board and association activities.

Facilitating and performing office administrative tasks including phone calls

Developing budgets, presenting and explaining financial reports

Soliciting and evaluating bids for services to be performed

Supervising and/or directing association personnel and vendors

Directing the enforcement of the restrictive covenants

Supervising maintenance activities and contractor performance

- CENTRAL

- CAM (COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION MANAGER) License a must.
