We're seeking a future team member for the role of People Analytics Consultant, Vice President to join our People Analytics team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA - HYBRID.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

Serve as a consultant on People related data to People team and business stakeholders

Understand business goals and strategy and develop related metrics, KPIs, analyses, insights and recommendations on people topics.

Respond to ad hoc requests, create standard reports and develop scalable analytical packages across people/ HR domains

Derive insights and research hypotheses to solve complex people problems

Communicate results of analyses to HR and business leaders including executive presentations to make recommendations and drive impact

Use knowledge of technology and analytical solutions to anticipate needs across people topics. Work with reporting/ analytics and technology teams to develop scalable solutions for repeatable reports and analyses

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

Bachelors degree in related discipline or equivalent work experience required

8-10 years of related experience including experience with HR/People data/analytics or workforce strategy working in/with complex organizations

Advanced analytical and problem solving skills

Experience designing analytics solutions with HR technology

Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences

Strong knowledge of Excel and data visualization skills (either Tableau or PowerBI); data extraction, preparation and statistical languages Python, R and/or SQL preferred

Experience with Oracle HCM a plus
