Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
Lead and inspire a team of dedicated staff members to provide top-notch customer service.
Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control to maximize profitability.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both staff and guests.
Implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales and grow the business.
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including front and back of house.
