The Role in Brief:Administrative AssistantThe Administrative Assistant is part of the Administrative Professionals team and will be supporting the world of consulting and marketing for the higher education industry. This position is responsible for providing direct administrative support at the Managing Director level and above within our Marketing and Enrollment Services division. This role is based in Richmond, VA, and requires in-person attendance on Tuesdays and as needed.Primary Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day administrative needs for colleagues at the Managing Director level and above, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel booking, and expense management.

Coordinate logistics for various on- and off-site meetings, special events, functions, and lunches.

Respond to partner emails as necessary on behalf of leaders; draft, manage, and proo presentations, documents, and correspondence.

Prepare agendas, compile research and data, and help with collateral creation for meetings.

Handle confidential documents and other communications with absolute discretion.

Attend leadership meetings to document and disseminate notes and follow-up items.

Serve as liaison between assigned leaders and other leadership and/or major EAB divisions.

Perform data entry using Salesforce and other software.

Assist other Administrative Professional team members as needed and as available.

Perform other clerical and administrative duties as necessary.

Basic Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED

2-3+ years of experience in administrative support roles or relevant experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Effective interpersonal and teamwork skills

Planning and organizing skills with attention to detail and quality

Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Strong grammar and prooing skills; effective communication across multiple levels within an organization

Excellent telephone etiquette and phone personality

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Zoom

Ideal Qualifications:

Associate or bachelor’s degree

2-3+ years of experience providing administrative support to senior-level executives

Experience using Salesforce, wiki pages, Box, Trello

Interest in direct marketing and/or client services

Actual salary varies due to factors that may include but not be limited to relevant experience, skills, and location. At EAB, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the starting salary range for their role.
