Workday Absence and Time Staff Business System Analyst

OverviewPeople Analytics, Research and Technology organization at Intuit is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Workday Absence and Time Staff Business System Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Workday Absence and Time modules and experience in managing the full lifecycle of the system. Additionally, we are seeking hands-on experience in system configuration and understanding of end-to-end impacts with third-party payroll vendors such as ADP. The successful candidate will be able to understand and map out complex time and absence requirements through deep knowledge of HR and Payroll systems, excellent communicator and collaborator across cross-functional teams, have analytical end-to-end solution mindset and efficiently manage projects.What you'll bring

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

5+ years of experience with Workday Absence and Time modules

Working experience in HR or Payroll systems

Hands-on experience in configuring Workday Absence and Time modules

Experience in integrating with third-party vendors such as ADP

Strong experience in implementing and managing Workday Absence and Time solutions

Knowledge of HR, Payroll and Time and Labor systems

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

How you will lead Hands-on configuration of Workday Absence and Time modulesSupport, configure, and maintain Workday Absence and Time modules Collaborate with various business stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system configurations Collaborating on integrations with third-party vendors such as ADP Plan and manage the implementation of new Absence and Time solutions Provide training and support to users and business stakeholders Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of all Absence and Time processes and configurations Act as the subject matter expert for Absence and Time module in Workday Recommend process and system improvements to optimize Workday Absence and Time modulesEOE AA M/F/Vet/Disability.
