Job DescriptionThe Revenue Enablement Services team is responsible for enablement of the global Oracle sales community. The Global Program Services team ensures a smooth, repeatable process that enables our facilitators to deliver successful training events for the Oracle Sales organization across the globe and also provide support to our learners. We are currently looking for a highly skilled self-starter to join the team.The role will report into the Program Services manager and the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistent and conducive learner environments for sales professionals by managing facility and vendor sourcing, procurement processing, attendee management, program communications, analytics and metrics, and staffing.Job duties are varied and require independent judgment. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following.Responsibilities

Provide high quality, responsive support to the global Revenue Enablement Services team and the NA Sales & SE communities

Proactively screen events for roadblocks and track progress

Integrate with the global Revenue Enablement Services team to gain understanding of business priorities and challenges

Work together with other Program Services team members to ensure coordination

Assist in the escalation of critical issues

Communicate metrics to management

Responsible for understanding other enablement tools and technology that RES leverages to deliver world-class enablement solutions.

Act as a liaison between program services specialists, class schedulers, and content developers to support content publishing and system administration.

Provide support to users, program services specialists, schedulers, and facilitators in the proper use, creation, and set up of courses and curriculum.

Assist in maintaining documented training processes, procedures, and practices related to the use of administration of RES Learning technologies.

Work with RES Learning Operations Leadership to refine reporting and analysis requirements.

Train end users on dashboards and reports.

Undertake other projects as required

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
