Kauai Juice Co is looking for a full time manager for the Kilauea Store. The Front of House Manager is responsible for leading through Kauai Juice Co mission, vision, and values in order to develop a high-performing team that consistently delivers top-line customer service and is accountable for all aspects of their Kauai Juice Co store. This position requires a love for the local community, passion for health & wellness, and the ability to lead and influence. You will be the one to ensure that the front of house store is well-coordinated and productive by coaching your team, full knowledge of food and beverage, and managing sales and inventory procedures. Most importantly this person acts as the face of the company for their store. You are expected to work 40 hours a week. Shifts are 7am-3pm or 10am-6pm and must be available for team coverage.

CUSTOMER SERVICE/SALES

FOOD and BEVERAGE

SUPERVISING RETAIL STAFF
