Logging Equipment Operator and Field/Lube Mechanic

Pacific Forest Contractors, Inc. (PFC) is an established logging company with steady year around work. We are looking for loggers with great attitude who would like to join a team that is driven by SAFETY, QUALITY, and PRODUCTION. Our employees enjoy having a great time working together on the job while looking out for each other so that we can all go home safely everyday.

Our team greases and fuels every day. We enjoy wearing our Seat Belts and Personal Protective Equipment(PPE). The entire team on the job expects that we will treat each other respectfully while having a good time getting after it! It is expected that while we are on the clock we are being PRODUCTIVE. We work hard to produce and hit a production target that ensures sustainability for the company and creates opportunity for growth for the individuals who make PFC great!

PFC is a small company that is diversified in many ways. With 18 dedicated employees at PFC we are able to operate two logging sides, one heavy haul lowboy, two shop techs all working for customers and keeping our team going. We take the best care of our equipment we can afford to, bumps and bruises along the way will happen while getting after it but unnecessary damage or lack of maintenance will not be tolerated. Our team is Safety oriented and passionate about keeping our operations near miss and injury free. QUALITY is an absolute expectation throughout all facets our operations. The PRODUCTION we depend on comes after being safety and quality driven.

The footprint of our work area is within a hour and a half of Longview, Wa.
