Position Overview: We are seeking a friendly, upbeat, and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email correspondence.
Process customer transactions and maintain accurate records.
Coordinate with the repair team to ensure timely service delivery.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
Be able to communicate with insurance companies efficiently.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in office administration is a plus.
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
