Overview:
We are seeking a creative Assistant Manager to join our growing, innovative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the management team in all aspects of the business, from day-to-day operations to strategic planning. The Assistant Manager will play a critical role in the growth and development of the company, and will have the opportunity to contribute to shaping the continuing growth and future of our organization.
Duties:
Provide creative support and fresh ideas to the management team including social media platforms, marketing strategies and themed coordinated events. Manage the day-to-day operations of the business including overseeing the scheduled entertainers and assisting with the implementation of company policies and procedures. Conduct a friendly rapport with suppliers and vendors to secure the best possible results for the company. Assist with training and development programs for all employees including onboard, new staff and ensuring ongoing training and support. Create a dynamic seasonal rotating cocktail menu to entice spirit sales. Foster a positive and productive work environment and ensure that all employees are motivated and engaged in their roles. Communicate effectively with employees, customers and ownership ensuring that all communication is clear, concise, and professional.
Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources or a related field is a plus but not required. At least two years of experience in a management or leadership role, preferably in a bar, nightclub, or hospitality environment, with a specialty in a strong cyber presence and a talent for out of the box creation of annual themed events. Proven experience in inventory management and increased spirit revenues. Strong leadership and training development with excellent communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Experience with recruiting and training new employees.

Social media savvy (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok). Proficient with navigation of Word Press web site builder. Strong leadership and management skills. Effective communication and problem-solving adeptness. Experience with creating signature cocktails for themed menus. Strong training and development skills. Adept with inventory and cost control.
