CAR WASH MANAGER / ATTENDANT

-We are open everyday from 7:30am - 6pm

-5 day work week and must be able to work weekends (Those who wish to work more then 5 days will be compensated better for extra days)

-$1k weekly salary + commission + tips.

-Paid time off per company guidelines (5 days a year) ; free weekly car washes.

-Job requires you to be on your feet for most of the work day and working in outdoor environment.

-Must have good communication and customer service skills and willingness to upsell and educate customers.

-Guides customers onto the conveyor belt and provides them with proper directions on how to place their vehicle into neutral/accessory mode

-We are seeking a motivated individual who would be interested in learning the essential principles of management, including optimizing customer service, managing employees, and operating and maintaining a car wash and to comply with all safety protocols and standard operating procedures

-Hiring and training of help, and controlling the costs of operation, increasing the sales, and maintaining the appearance of the facility and grounds, and themselves and other employees

-Completing all required written reports, and resolving all customer complaints and damage claims.

-Develop an understanding of the DRB computer system and wash tunnel equipment.

-Performing safety checks and preventative maintenance on all necessary equipment.

-Monitoring and maintaining chemical usage and supplies.

-Must be able to effectively self-manage their time and manage others

-We will train for position
