Line Cook (Private Catering)
Nuhma Inflight Dining is looking for a Line Cook to join our growing team. We are a full service private catering company providing fine dining for the private aviation industry.
As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for the daily preparation of food items in the hot station for daily service. You have a strong passion for food, an eagerness to develop and build on your skills as a cook and be an integral part of a team that values hard work and attention to every detail.
Responsibilities:
Display a working knowledge of basic food preparation and kitchen equipment use
Demonstrate an ability to efficiently execute all prep assignments with excellence
Consistently ensure that all stations remains clean and organized
Communicates effectively with the kitchen team and embodies an environment of teamwork
Demonstrate an eagerness to refine techniques and a desire to continually learn and grow
Qualifications:
5-8 years experience in a Line Cook position at a full-service restaurant/catering is preferred
Multitasking, creating menu's and procedures. Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.
English and Spanish languages preferred, but not required
