Now accepting resumes for FULL TIME experienced Sous Chef with excellent communication skills, ability to work (PREP, Sautee, Fryer, Broiler) in a fast paced, fine dining kitchen. Must be able to take direction, be a team player and follow established recipes & techniques.
Minimum 2 years high volume, fine dining line experience required.
Sous Chef cook will assist with food prep, station set up, sanitation, organization, end of shift cleaning and prep list management. Positive attitude and professional demeanor with all employees is a must.
