Job DescriptionAs the Manager, Project Controls ProjectTeam, you will be responsible for supporting the Construction Project Management system, supporting project management processes with best practices, process improvements, automation, system evaluations, and coordination with various stakeholders. The Manager role will be heavily focused on pioneering initiatives to further support the entire Invenergy construction organization and determining in collaboration with operations, asset management, and development how ProjectTeam can support their needs. The Manager role will be responsible for maintaining information integrity within the Construction Project Management system and ensuring processes within the system follow company standards.Responsibilities:
Manage all ProjectTeam requests
Leading ProjectTeam improvements and initiatives and identifying stakeholder needs through collaboration
Maintain and continue identifying areas of opportunity for improvement of the construction project management system (ProjectTeam)
Collaborate with different departments throughout the construction, development, and operations teams to further expand platform usage
Ability to prioritize various tasks and manage target due dates independently and for ProjectTeam support team
Audit processes to promote consistency and identify process gaps
Support the adherence to internal processes that ensure consistency and quality
Provide immediate support and solutions for emergent Construction Project Management system issues
Lead expansion of the digital adoption platform, WalkMe, to enhance capabilities of project management platform
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field; degree in engineering, construction, project management or legal is preferred.
4+ years of experience working with process controls, document management, or auditing
1+ years of managing direct or indirect reports experience
Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Skills
Master's degree is preferred
Certifications in Six Sigma, PMP, CBAP, CBPL preferred
Experience with project coordination and management of projects with multiple levels of interface between vendors, internal staff, and other stakeholders preferred
Working in energy, construction and infrastructure industries experience preferred.
Experience with project management systems (i.e., ProjectTeam) implementation and/or configuration
Experience with project management systems, such as Procore, PlanGrid, etc.

Ability to comprehend and carry out instructions and follow tasks to completion with minimal direction
