Maintenance tech

Oak Timbers Apartments is an active 55+ senior living complex located at 8301 and 8401 Tumbleweed Trl in White Settlement. We are currently hiring for a maintenance tech with basic knowledge in, painting, sheerock repairs, light plumbing and electrical, appliance repairs, irrigation repair, etc.

Daily tasks are picking up grounds, running work orders and working on make-readies.

Work hours are 9-4 Monday thru Friday with an hour lunch from 12-1

On-call rotation every two weeks (two weeks on, two weeks off)

Pay is based on experience. FREE apartment available after a month of service.
