As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive environment for our visitors and clients.Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors with a courteous and professional demeanor.

Phone Handling: Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.

Mail and Packages: Oversee the distribution of incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Reception Area Maintenance: Keep the reception area clean and organized to ensure a positive atmosphere.

Customer Service: Provide excellent service by addressing inquiries and assisting with various requests.

Administrative Support: Utilize computer systems for data entry, scheduling, and communication, and handle tasks such as managing calendars and office supplies.

Professional Representation: Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance while representing the team.

Technical Skills: Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for daily tasks, including email correspondence and appointment scheduling.

Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Experience with answering multi-line phone systems Excellent customer service abilities Proficient in data entry tasks Ability to handle email correspondence professionally and promptly Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and colleagues Capable of organizing files and maintaining a systematic filing system Experience with scheduling appointments and managing calendars Previous work experience in a non-profit organization is a plus Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently High attention to detail Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent required.
