Description Robert Half is seeking a Document Review Attorney to join our client's team in Denver, Colorado. This role functions within the legal industry, specifically focusing on litigation and document review, and offers a long term contract employment opportunity. The Document Review Attorney will be responsible for supporting the litigation department through comprehensive document review, discovery, and the initial phase of litigation. Responsibilities: Conduct a detailed review of all legal documents related to the litigation process Use software like Adobe Acrobat, 3M, and Case Management Software for document management and other tasks Apply knowledge of litigation, discovery requests, and real estate law in daily tasks Assist with the preparation of legal documents such as briefings and handle claim administration Support the initial phase of litigation by preparing necessary materials and coordinating with other team members Handle complaints professionally and ensure all customer inquiries are resolved Utilize skills in civil litigation and real estate law to provide comprehensive legal support Work with the Conveyancer to handle legal matters related to real estate Utilize knowledge in consumer electronics for relevant cases Ensure all tasks and responsibilities are completed in accordance with regulatory work standards.Requirements Must hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Must be licensed to practice law A minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal setting, ideally with a focus on document review or litigation Proficiency in using legal software such as 3M, Adobe Acrobat, Case Management Software, and Conveyancer Experience in Document Management, Briefing, Civil Litigation, Claim Administration, and Complaint Handling Knowledge of Consumer Electronics, Litigation, Real Estate, Discovery, and Discovery Requests Proven track record as a Litigation Attorney Excellent analytical and decision-making skills Strong written and oral communication skills Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and cases Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-oriented setting High level of professional integrity and confidentiality Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated with changes in law.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
