Established Local Company in Salinas, Ca, looking for:

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

We are currently looking for PART-TIME office assistance with the potential to become a FULL-TIME job.

Qualifications

Computer skills: Word, excel, email,

Bilingual: Communicate well in English and Spanish

Office experience a plus but not necessary

Job Responsibilities:

- File and organize all of the moving contracts, invoices, and quotes.

- Answer incoming/outgoing calls

- Write office correspondence and emails.

- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, scanning

Work schedule:

Monday – Friday: 10:00 am -5:00 pm

Pay rate:

Compensation is based on skills/experience.
