SEEKING REHAB CREWS MUST BE SKILLED AND EXPERIENCED

We work with the largest investor in Michigan and have properties to rehab!

If you can perform the standard jobs required on a job sites that include but not limited to:

install kitchen cabinets, flooring - plank or vinyl, install tub surround (tile), install interior /exterior doors, trim molding, excellent paint jobs, and the like, and are looking to have year round work and provide quality work at a fair price, then please reach out to us with your Phone Number and Email address and we will call you asap.

Some of our requirements are listed below

Do nice rehab work (SEE PICTURES ATTACHED OF OUR EXPECTATION OF QUALITY)

Must do quality work and be able to provide a kitchen drawing for rehab or similar

Must have own transportation and tools

Must be able to pull permits, Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC

Must have at least 2 additional workers (crew) to expedite the rehab and complete in a timely manner

Must be able to provide a written quote within a timely manner

You will be required to sign a W-9 and provide a copy of valid picture ID to work with us
