Real Estate Appraiser Trainee

One of a kind opportunity for individual that desires to a high paying career in the real estate appraising business. Well established appraisal office seeks trainee to accompany appraiser on a full time basis in all aspects of the business.

Individual must:

-Live within 1/2 hour or less commute to Cheltenham Twp

-Have a completely flexible schedule to work approx. 9 am to ending the day from the road around 5 - 6 pm.

-Must be computer literate with knowledge in Excel and aptitude to learn new programs

-Dress in business attire daily

-completed or soon to complete 4 year college degree, preferably in a business related field

In exchange the qualified candidate can very quickly accumulate the state log hours necessary for licensing. Can earn $50-75K+ while training. Will have the fun and excitement of exploring the City of Philadelphia and surrounding suburbs, meeting interesting people and seeing the full range of housing in our City and Suburbs.
