Head of Maintenance Opportunity in Lush Garden Setting

Seeking a dedicated team member to be in service of our mission (with the possibility of living with us) on our 11 acre plant-based, alcohol-free nature sanctuary with expansive ocean views and a mile of walking trails in Haiku, HI on Maui.

Help us keep our property and rentals in pristine condition for our residents and for our public tours and special events. We are looking for a hardworking individual to be our head of maintenance at our non-profit organization.

Responsibilities include;

- Building maintenance and repair

- Landscaping, including some chainsaw work

- The ability to locate parts and place orders

- Overseeing the tool area

- Helping to supervise staff with maintenance projects if help is needed

-Ability to take direction and work independently

Our ideal candidate is already based on Maui and is comfortable with life in a tropical setting.

We are willing to compensate you $35/hr for your volunteer time with us.

We are also open to the possibility of doing a work trade situation for the right person for a one bedroom unit.
