Experienced Saute Cook

We need an experienced sauté cook at Campagnolo in midtown for dinner and possibly a brunch. Must be able to make risotto as well as pasta dishes, and have good knife skills. Weekend availability is a must. We take care of our people and tend to keep cooks for the long term.
