Lead: Reporting to a Group Creative Director, you'll create visual stories; merchandising products and services across .com experiences.

Create : You'll lead with craft, taking your team of Copywriters, Art directors, UX-ers and designers from idea to execution with imagination and care.

Interpret: You'll transmute briefs, requirements and guidelines into clear and compelling journeys that drive conversion.

Guide: You’ll manage large teams and projects, ensuring every asset created fits into the larger picture.

Advocate: You’ll both communicate and advocate for your work, partnering with clients to ensure that what you create moves their eCommerce business forward.

QualificationsWhat you need

Experience: You have 10+ years' experience being a Designer/Art Director in a digital agency environment, with 5+ years' experience overseeing creative & design teams.

A focused portfolio: Your book showcases compelling and recent work where you’ve led teams to merchandise .com experiences for big brands, from design centric big box retailers to Fashion and Apparel and other premium consumer goods.

Vision: Demonstrate the thought leadership in e-commerce and Brand experience design that builds trust with clients and converts shoppers.

Breadth: You will not be an expert in all, but you must possess a rounded knowledge of all the disciplines involved in brand experience creation: design, copy, interactive development, copywriting and content strategy.

Empathy: You lead with empathy and understanding. You embrace clear, kind collaboration with everyone

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
