Customer Service Rep

AtWork is actively looking to hire an experienced Customer Service Representative!

REQUIREMENTS:

-Must have strong 10 Key experience

-Must have data entry experience

-Must have worked with collections

-Must be able to answer and handle heavy phones

-Must have great customer experience

- Bilingual preferred, but not required

Duties: This position is working within a utility department, helping the public with their utility payments, calling and asking for payment, entering information, and helping fill out utility applications.

Position: Customer Service Representative

Schedule: Monday- Friday

Shift: 8 am- 5 pm , 1 hour lunch

Pay rate: $21.50 hr.
