Retail Sales Associate with prospect of a manager position

We are seeking a Store Associate to become an integral part of our happy team for our retail setting, right in the heart of Kailua-Kona. Your tasks will be selling merchandise and services, helping customers, refill and rearrange racks and shelfs. We also offer the opportunity to shift into a manager position after a while, when both sides agreed

Responsibilities:

Welcome and identify customer needs

Explain products and services to customers

Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock

Enter and process customer orders

Investigate and resolve customer complaints

taking care of the store's appearance

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, customer service or other related fields are welcome, but not mandatory

Ability to build rapport with customers

Good verbal communication skills

potential for management position (not mandatory)
