Retail Sales Associate - Full Time

At Martin & MacArthur, we feature hand-made koa furniture, created by our highly skilled craftsmen, as well as personal accessories, gifts and home decor from our beautiful islands.

We experience joy of "Aloha" with our Ohana at Martin & MacArthur and with our loyal customers all over the world. Currently, we are seeking full-time sales associates for our Shops at Wailea location.

Position Title: Sales Associates

Responsibilities:

Meet personal sales goals.

Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Maintain cleanliness, visual merchandising and beauty of the store.

All other duties as assigned by the store manager.

Requirements :

A positive "Aloha" spirit

Proven track record in sales and customer service

Good communication and interpersonal skills

The drive to want to constantly learn and grow

Ability to retain product knowledge
