Interviewing Cooks for Charcuterie based scratch kitchen
Salt and Board is locally owned, scratch based charcuterie restaurant located across from UNM. We are looking for a prep cook/line cook who has a passion for flavor, presentation and attention to detail.
Full or Part Time.
We specialize in serving charcuterie boards with heavy emphasis on cured meats and cheeses, gourmet toasts and pressed sandwiches. We prepare ingredients from scratch
The successful candidate will possess the following skills:
- Desire to perform high detail cooking and plating
- Strong focus on kitchen structure, cleanliness, and efficiency
