HVAC SERVICE MANAGER

- MUST HAVE AT LEAST 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THIS SAME EXACT POSITION

- Strong knowledge of all HVAC equipment, and service proposal writing

- Customer service and leadership skills with a focus on customer satisfaction

- Ability to drive sales through effective communication and relationship-building

Responsibilities

- Manage a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff

- Schedule Service calls

- Coordinate Technicians Daily Schedules
