HVAC Service & Install Technicians Wanted

Well established residential and light commercial HVAC company currently looking to fill multiple positions including HVAC installation technicians and service technicians. Seeking hard working, motivated team players looking to grow with our expanding company. We are looking for techs that have a get it done right the first-time attitude, that work efficiently and understand how to provide the customer with the highest quality experience.

Installation Technician Position Responsibilities

Installation of various HVAC systems including but not limited to: RTUs, forced hot air heat, central air conditioning, ductless air conditioning, bath ventilation, humidification, dehumidification, air purification, ERVs, ductwork. Water heater (tankless and standard), gas/oil boiler installation, water cooled/geothermal knowledge a big plus (but not required). Required installation tasks:

Brazing, piping, ductwork, low voltage wiring

Start-up units and test operation

Walk through unit operation, post installation, with customer and make sure they are happy.

Document all unit and filter information and return to office

Service Technician Position Responsibilities

Performing routine maintenance, tune-ups, and inspections of residential and light commercial HVAC equipment

Diagnose repairs of HVAC equipment including but not limited to RTUs, forced hot air heat, central air conditioning, ductless air conditioning, bath ventilation, humidification, dehumidification, air purification, ERVs, ductwork, water heaters (tankless and standard), gas/oil boilers, water cooled/geothermal knowledge a plus (but not required)

Effective communication with customers, completing service invoices and contacting the office regarding follow-up calls if necessary.

Qualifications

3-5 years of HVAC experience minimum.

Installers - Proficient in all HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems;

General knowledge in all HVAC low voltage systems

EPA certified

Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

Safety knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundings. OSHA certification a plus, but we can provide training.

Well organized and ability to work independently

Excellent communication skills

Prompt and reliable work ethic.

Clean professional attire/appearance - uniform work shirts/sweatshirts provided
