Intake Specialist

This individual will be handling client calls and qualifying them for services. There is a sales aspect to this role. This individual must be able to sell our services to the client.

Responsibilities:

Conduct initial phone calls or in-person meetings with potential clients to gather information about their legal issues

Take detailed notes and gather relevant information from clients, including facts of their case, relevant documents, and goals for the case

Screen potential clients to determine if they have a valid case

Communicate with clients and build trust

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all intake processes

Ensure that all intake processes are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethics rules

Qualifications:

Has full-time availability

Someone who has 1 or 2 years of Legal experience

Has previous sales experience

MUST BE FLUENT IN SPANISH (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
